My story
For more than 40 years, I owned and ran a business in the aerospace and defense industry, where Fortune 500 companies counted on me to deliver exactly what I promised, on time, every time. When I retired, I brought that same standard to the thing I love most: travel.
I know what it's like to spend a career managing every detail. That's why I believe your travels should be the one thing you never have to manage. I track the deadlines, send the reminders, and handle the flights, the extensions, and the fine print, so all that's left for you is the journey itself.
My specialties include both ocean and river cruises, customized tours in any destination you desire, and golf journeys for groups.
I live in Scottsdale, Arizona, with my husband, Ernie, and our two Australian Shepherds. When I'm not planning trips, you'll find me on the golf course, at my sewing machine, or working on a new quilt.
Why "Kokopelli"?
I wanted my business to carry a name that honors my Native American heritage. Kokopelli, the flute player found in ancient rock art across the American Southwest, is often described as a wanderer who brought music and joy wherever he traveled. It felt like the right spirit for a travel business, and for the journeys I plan.

First class from start to finish!
This was my first experience planning a tour in Italy. I wanted to see Venice, Florence, and Rome, and hit the major attractions in each city. Vickie helped me plan out what to do each day, what transportation we would need, all the hotels. Everything was well-planned and coordinated, and everything was very detailed and organized. The hotels were first rate. (Especially love the Hotel Metropole in Venice!) The only thing we needed to do was figure out where to eat for lunch and dinner, which was easy - so many places to choose from. Looking forward to using Vickie for all our future trips!
