How I plan
Every piece, thoughtfully put together.
You'll always know what's next, and you'll never have to keep track of it yourself.
Most people think of a trip as one booking: the cruise, or the tour. I think of it as a puzzle. The flight that lands with time to spare. The driver waiting when you arrive. The hotel the night before you sail. The private tour that ends well before the ship departs. When every piece fits, the whole journey feels effortless. Here's how I make that happen.

01
We talk.
It starts with your vision. You share where you're dreaming of going, and I call you to understand what you really want: how you like to travel, what matters most, and what you'd rather avoid.

02
I put the pieces together.
Ship and suite, flights, hotels, private tours, and transfers. I choose each one for a reason, and I'll always explain why it fits you, so you can decide with confidence.

03
I keep the calendar.
From the day you book, every deadline and reservation opening is tracked for you. You'll hear from me well before anything is due, so nothing is ever left to memory, yours or mine.

04
We walk through it together.
About a week before you leave, I call you and we go through your trip day by day. Everything, from your itinerary to every confirmation, is waiting for you in one app on your phone.
Behind the scenes, every supplier, deadline, and detail is tracked in a dedicated system, so you can simply look forward to the journey.
“All aspects of our travel were planned and taken care of so all we had to do was show up and enjoy the trip!”
BEFORE YOU GO
A few things to take care of before you travel
I'll remind you about each of these as your trip approaches. Here they are in one place, with the official sources.

Questions I'm often asked
- Does it cost more to book with you?
- In most cases, no. My planning is usually included at no additional cost to you, so you get someone looking after every detail without paying more for it. For some highly customized trips, I may charge a planning fee. If so, I'll explain it clearly before any work begins, so you're never surprised.
- What happens after I send my trip vision?
- I read your answers carefully, then reach out to talk them through. There's no obligation. It's simply a conversation about the journey you're dreaming of.
- How do payments work?
- Before anything is booked, you'll see your full pricing along with your deposit and final payment dates. Payments are handled through a secure, documented authorization, and you'll receive a confirmation each time. I'll remind you well before every payment is due.
- Do I need travel insurance?
- A journey like this is a real investment, and I always recommend protecting it. That said, it's your choice. I'll provide a quote and explain what it covers, so you can decide what feels right for your trip.
- How far in advance should I start planning?
- The best suites and itineraries often book a year or more ahead, especially for popular seasons. That said, it's never too early, or too late, to start a conversation.
- What if something changes before or during my trip?
- That's when you'll be especially glad to have an advisor. I'll help you adjust your plans, work with the cruise line or tour company on your behalf, and keep you informed every step of the way.
Ready when you are.
Tell me about the journey you're dreaming of, and I'll take it from there.
