From beginning to end, Vickie made this trip a pleasure. I was reminded of due dates for payments, deadlines for selecting ground tours, and document requirements. Vickie provided an app for rapid access to plans and schedules while enroute as well.

From start to finish, Vickie was on top of everything. She assisted with cabin selection ensuring we were on the side of the ship with coastal view. She notified us in advance for excursion and dining selections which ensured we "got what we wanted". Her App for the trip itself was helpful and provided all necessary information in one place. Vickie was very efficient at keeping us updated. She made sure we had signed up for shore excursions and dinner reservations. She kept our group organized! She was always available whenever I had a question.

For example, I am a classical musician and church music director, and the hotel Vickie booked for us in Venice was directly adjacent to the Ospedale della Pietà, the church where Antonio Vivaldi served as music director and violin teacher beginning in 1701. Now that is knowing your client!

This was my first experience planning a tour in Italy. I wanted to see Venice, Florence, and Rome, and hit the major attractions in each city. Vickie helped me plan out what to do each day, what transportation we would need, all the hotels. Everything was well-planned and coordinated, and everything was very detailed and organized. The hotels were first rate. (Especially love the Hotel Metropole in Venice!) The only thing we needed to do was figure out where to eat for lunch and dinner, which was easy - so many places to choose from. Looking forward to using Vickie for all our future trips!

I've travelled the world, but this was my first trip arranged by Vickie.
